BABY STEPS TO BIG DREAMS

Why are people so addicted to their smart phones?

We all know that how smart phones are controlling our lives. Today we depend on mobile for everything. We store each and everything in mobile.

Now mobile has become like oxygen in our lives. We have stopped playing outside because mobile gaming has taken its place. We have also stopped visiting our friends because now Facebook, instagram, watsapp has arrived, on which we make thousands of friends and more than half of our conversation is done through our phone.

DO YOU WANT TO BE A PUPPET IN THE HANDS OF DIGITAL COMAPNIES?

obviously no. So Uninstall the apps or turn off their notifications that cause more distractions to you.
There is nothing good or bad in the world. It depends on us how we use it.
Just change the way you use, you'll feel the change yourself.
Today we go to places like resturants or parties. We don't even notice each other properly because we are too busy in ourselves, taking photos, making videos with our phones. Nowadays, we also take photos even on food and share it on social media.

There is another aspect of this technology. We don't even talk to each other in the same household. Everyone wants their own privacy.  Parents are in this room, then children are in the another room. Why so? People even sleep with their devices next to them.

Mobile has brought the distant people to us, but has also removed our close ones from us.
This is the bitter truth of this world that the changing world has such an effect the person is mad and the phone becomes smart.

Take me, I myself become so much frustrated with my phone that I feel like throwing the phone somewhere.
But whenever I feel like it, I delete all the social media site like Instagram, watsapp for a few days. Otherwise it is best that I don't even turn on my mobile data for a few days because the root of everything is mobile data. With mobile data on, so many notifications came and even if we stop these notifications, we will still feel that we can watch some videos or movies for sometime. But this little time has a great effect on your brain, which you don't even realize at that time.

I am not saying that watching movies or using social media is wrong. I just want to say that don't let anything become your addiction. Use everything but according to your need and in limited quantity. So that later you are not frustrated with that thing.

So whenever there is more friction with phone, then you can turn off the mobile data for a few days and spend time with people around you with your family. You'll feel relaxed and calm.
I myself have realized this too.

It was a good time when the phone was used only for making calls and Apple and blackberry used to be fruit names only. Now  the situation is such that if the phone is going to be discharged and the charger is not found, then the person starts to feel as if his life has been snatched away.

And if your parents ask for your phone for 2minutes as if they have asked for both of your kidneys.

Nowadays even 5years old children have turned to Harry potter with their designer and big glasses.

In earlier times, if someone had an accident, then other people used to help them. Now, came the era of mobile, where people take out mobile and shoot videos.
Heyy, someone has an accident. Instead of helping them, first of all people shoot their video and put it on social media  when a flood or earthquake occurs, they are asked how you feel.
Who will like it in such a tough situation?

DO YOU EVER PRAY BEFORE BEDTIME?
when you go to sleep at night, then at that time leave everything and sleep after praying from the heart and wake up from the sleep in the morning and pray once.
I do all this myself and believe me, the mind feels infinite peace and good vibes.

Some people check the phone again and again without any reason just because a post was posted on Facebook and Instagram, a status was posted on watsaap. So how many likes came, how many comments came.

People edit a photo and make it so creative and different from the original photos and put them on Facebook, instagram. No one will show their reality. If you see the same behind the scene, then every person's life is full of sorrows. Everyone is fighting with troubles. Everyone is hurting themselves only by comparing them to each other.

WHY COMPARISON? AND FOR WHAT?

Comparison is reducing our self confidence.

Every kind of human being lives in this world. And with regard to every human being, different abilities and disabilities are different. So never compare yourself to others that you have to be like them. Rather compare yourself that you have to be the best. Just find out yourself.

Never try to find any magical technique to quit phone addiction at once as this mental tendency or shortcut method is the main problem of mobile addiction. Always try to do magic of your own by giving importance to your necessities and work. Try to become your own doctor.

Empower your thought that I need mobile but mobile doesn't need me. I hold mobile but mobile doesn't hold me. My work is done by mobile but mobile's work is not done by me.

I can survive by little use of mobile. I can see both my necessities and desires.
